I love the milklab. Great drinks and rolled ice cream. Def recommended Im so glad they put one here in downtown. My favorites include the banana fresh milk and the taro latte, make sure you try a milk cap or dalgona on top.

I am giving this rating based on the quality of the past 2 beverages I purchased. I have been getting the Mango milk drink from there for several months and always love it. The last 2 I got were really disappointing. I usually order mango milk and pay extra for extra mango puree and it’s absolutely delicious normally. The first of these 2 separate instances I went into the store and the girl who was working there was not friendly. When I was given my drink she made no eye contact with me and I thanked her and smiled to which she ignored me. I took a sip of my drink and the mango puree had the consistency of orange rind and it was awful to be quite honest. I decided to try again after a few weeks and this time my order was with DoorDash and upon receiving I had the same mango flavored orange rind type of consistency to the purée in my drink and this was not the quality I expect from any Milklab and has never been my experience until this point. Very disappointing.

Christian was awesome! He was quick to help us and was very patient with all of our questions. His ice cream skills aren’t pictured but very fast and beautifully presented. I got a strawberry matcha with a brûléed cap and boba and have no regrets. Best drink of my life. 🍓 🍵 🧋

don't usually like to go in places before closing but it happened here about 30 minutes beforehand. I was against this location of Milklab before but I've now made it my regular stop. my experience coming late that night affirmed why this is now my location of choice - Disha helped me with my usual drink order and made it perfectly (I have a special request that often gets ignored when I place the order online), and then even fielded questions and was very positive when I asked about a seasonal drink, which I then placed a second order for and she happily made for me. I would empathize with any employee who was annoyed by a customer like me who wanted to do all this right before the store closed, but Disha never once did so, she was absolutely fantastic and made me feel very welcome the whole time. major props to her and this Milklab location!

Absolutely loved this place. Fresh ingredients and high quality ingredients used. Sebastian was amazing, provided great customer service and answered all my questions. They also did modifications to adjust the sugar level. The cup the drink came in was aesthetically pleasing. The parfait dessert was soo good, light and not overly sweet. Edit: drinks are consistently good and they have the best Strawberry Matcha
